It's all wait and see at this point

Got some panel work done today
still need a hood though
and nothing against the roof panel that came with the chassis just wanted a little personal flavor

After reading through those threads and watching the VERY interesting vids posted, I take back everything I said about stability

...is this one of the chassis that turned up in holycaveman's mail? - I'm super interested in upgrading my BJ4 to one of these and I'm also super impressed with the wheels

Wild looking chassis, looks like something from Spy VS Spy from Mad magazine.

Ok.. I got the electronics in
Gonna try and get some test and tune in after work tomorrow

I did mess around in the backyard a bit things I noticed....

definitely notice the truck being lighter came in at 5 lbs 1 and 1/4 oz RTR

Seems bouncy not sure if it was the foam setup or shock setup or just the fact that this is the lightest truck I've driven
I'm thinkin shocks though...

I'll know more when I get it on the rocks

Ok so I took the sinister pro out for her first run on the rocks not to bad still needs some fine tuning

List of things to do
Lower chassis main beam (by suggestion of holycaveman) light and low
Change foam setup -
Soft medium up front
Medium firm in the rear
Bend front of skid this will need done as a result of lowering the main chassis so as not to catch/drag on the rocks
Rework electronics

i've moved the main chassis all the way down in the rear and almost all the way in the front one hole from the top
this has produced a nice even curve in the skid plate with around 3" clearence
the front lip still needs bent a little
front tires- soft/med seems to work well
