Sandwich BEC between ESCs?

Anyone know if there would be any issue with sandwiching a CC BEC between two micro Sidewinders? I mocked it up last night and it makes for a nice tight looking package but I didn't know if it would cause any issues, heat etc.
I will post up a pic of it tonight when I make it back to the room.

When I did my smash of two micros. I put them in 1 inch shrink wrap and put the bec on the side of the micros. The smash I did I remove the battery wires and redid them to have just one battery wires for both esc's and also removed the white wire.
