Default will jato rod ends fix my ti rod problem?

I ordered some vp knuckles to replace my aluminum axial ones and now my chaotic crawlers titanium ti rod (straight, axial) isnt long enough. Can I replace the two revo rod ends with the longer jato ones to save me from having to order the longer chaotic tie rod for the vanquish knuckles? Wasnt sure if they would be quite long enough. Im sure someone has done this or atleast tried to.

Yes you can, but keep in mind that the jato's rodends will have an empty space because the threads won't bottom out . This will create a weak spot.
You could drive in a short set screw in the rodend to take up the extra space if you have the perfect length. Good luck.

That whole thing was an awesome fail Bryce! Well played.

I would totally use Revo rod ends if I were you.

Ok cool thanks. Now what to do . . . I may just buy the longer ti rod or I could just remove my revo rod ends and replace them with new Revo rod ends . . . Lol see what I did there

You will only need one jato rod end.
2 will make it too long.
Because its a straight link, you shouldn't have much risk of breaking a rod end.
