Express $55?

The most I have paid for express is $35 if it is more than that I wouldn't order said item unless there was a bunch of us in on the order.

Now that you brought it up
Why is your express $55 and everyone else is $35?
Ok one other guy on here is at $50 but he also say to contract him for the best shipping price.

Don't get me wrong I will still order everything express to get the tracking number and to be able to have time to file a claim if said item doesn't show up.
So for that I don't mind to much about the high shipping cost just wish it was the same cost from everyone.

We charge what we pay. Our express pricing varies based on weight and location. The $55 is just an average international express figure I was using.

For what its worth I think this subject has been covered enough on this thread. Had it been a solely Chaotic issue fine but it is something that as no US residents we must deal with and not something that pertains strictly Chaotic.

As much as I have said my peace here as well there is a limit to which one thread that deals with a particular product and the tech for it should be made to bear the brunt of an issue not of their making and not solely pertaining to Chaotic.

For this I believe I can apologize and remind people of the high quality of this chassis and the outstanding support for it by Chaotic and hope this thread can get back to its original course.If this issue needs further discussion I think it belongs elsewhere.

I agree on the fact it's not a issue for any one supplier. Chaotic make great gear and postage for us international buyers is just part of the deal.

2.0 is the Zero with a Smash cab.. not the same as the SMASH, with the extra belly clearance..

Just got smash in mail and WOW this chassis is flipping sweet. When I was assembling chassis noticed that I may have assembled the chassis wrong.

Is chassis suppose to bow out a little or did I assemble chassis wrong? What are the four nylon nuts for?

Nope, you assembled the chassis correctly. The bow is to meet the minimum width requirements for a bodiless chassis. The four nuts are for securing the upper links to the chassis along with the screws you have in place for the shock standoffs.

Got links. Now just need know which rod ends to use and where on VP upper link mount to get correct wheel base.

You should be using Traxxas Revo rod ends all around, all the same length. You might have to play with how far you screw them in/ out on the link depending on your setup.
