Now trying to work out my front suspension problem, I have thrown on some shorter rear upper links to rotate the rear axle more forward. These links are temporary and for testing. The chassis height is still way too high for my liking and drivability. So new shocks are in order with that. And I'm going to use my old 2.2s body to chop and tune it to the new setup before I commit to the BC gold dust lid. Want to leave as much of that paint job as I can. |

Shock bodies are too long to limit for what I want. Have a set I want to put on, if that doesn't work I can always go back and try another route.

Finally changed out the shock setup on this thing and boy did it make a difference. Went with the scx10 shocks with the egressor shock bodies and mini t silver springs. It brought the chassis down to a tolerable height. BEFORE: AFTER: Last edited by Frankenwheely; 07-04-2014 at 06:09 PM. |

How are you liking the extra oil holding capacity with the reservoirs? |

Since comp season is here and starting with a new club. I have to get my rig back together. New tires and a new foam set up, but this time I'm going with the same med outers, but now running the comp cut 6.0 inners. And I thought I remembered the pin pattern I cut on the first set after a couple of beers...wrong. So these will be on the rears. And to make BC happy, I finally trimmed up my new sweet comp body.
