Here's a better shot, going to do this mod again to a couple of sets of the anodized traxxas bb caps that I'm picking up, should be lighter then the hard coat ones

I've seen people use Maxx yokes in the past. Have you guys had issues with the rod end spinning around at all?

Funny you mentioned the yokes! Just found an old set last night. They worked good but would get sloppy where the screw hole went through. Had to leave it a tad loose for cycling and it would eventually wear.

The rod end I think will be better or at least easier to fix or replace.

Cool! I was curious if there was any binding, but it doesn't seem like that is the case.

I thought some rotation might happen, but hasn't yet, I think just good rod end to shock angle is key, I thought about this too and snugged a locknut up to the rod end before going through the chassis shock arm and into the chassis brace, that's on the rear of the villian, it's not needed though and just serves as more shock standoff from the chassis

Threw down some sponsor logo masks and gave this little beetle my cut, off to Mrs Bc for some matching scratching!
Going to be done in the same style as the xciter for the shafty, old catholic religious art will be the theme, with matching painted skid
