XR10 Secret Agent 3.5 rebuild and progress - codename "Agent Black"

not much has changed on this rig but here's an update on what has with a couple pics...

- rims have been changed out to Rockstar CF/delrin beadlock rims
- tires have been changed to Gold Dot Voodoos with 5.5 soft CI foams and 2 soft tuning rings in the front, rears are Silver Dot Voodoos with 5.5 med CI foams
- vent hole in the inner closed cell foams in all tires
- no other changes to chassis or configuration, but will consider some options after more time on the rocks
- found the transmission clicking noise I mentioned, replaced the final gear in the front trans

Nice looking rebuild. One thing to note.......make sure to put some small spacers between the cab and side panel at the back hole. You'll need it to be legal.

i'm pretty sure this chassis is legal in Aus according to the CrawlANZ rules but i'm curious to know what rules needs what you're talking about and why?

The Secret Agent with stock spacers is just shy of the legal width requirements. The added spacers at the rear of the cab make it legal. Just something to check on.

thanks, it came up really well.. still getting used to the rig but it had a good upbringing so gives me a head start.. hope to see more good results once I start to tweak it to my liking

Its been a while since any updates on this rig so here's a small one..

Competition results:

- 3rd Place season overall for 2014 CrawlANZ WA
- 2nd Place 2014 CrawlANZ WA State Titles

Build updates:

- painted new skins to match my new Scale 2 build (see link to the Hulksta build in my signature)
- swapped out the Axial shocks to run cap-modded big bores, its now slightly firmer overall and a tad more travel
- ride height has been lowered 1/4" as I wasnt happy with how tall she was sitting (esp compared to the current chassis)

Looking forward to some testing in the coming weeks as our season is about to start up for 2015
