I've been very impressed with what I have seen of the reptile chassis from the folks in Germany, just very expensive.

The reptile was good, but in the shop in germany it's not longer available. There are a lot of very good and cool chassies on the market, but the most importend thing is the driver behind the little wheel. For me personally the remedy 3.5 is the best, but it depends what options you would like to have. Take a chassies you like and drive a lot and you will see it will work better and better.
