Pretty Self Explanatory. However the axial manual will also say what bearing sizes go where.

It was a dumb question. Only difference is bearing count.

Without 2 Speed
(2) 6x12x4

With 2 Speed
(6) 6x12x4

Yes, the 2 speed kit has 4 additional 6X12X4 bearings.

It is a bit confusing since the tranny is a 2 speed but no option to switch between gears yet.

So I'm assuming the kit with the extra bearings are needed for the XL?

Confusing, yes. It is 2 Speed capable but like you said, not yet.

FE is offering a Kit available for something that doesn't exist yet. I find no fault in that for being prepared.

If you take the bearing count and description of the kit's, right now you only need the one without the 2 speed option
