|  Battery Door mod for wider packs!!
Thanks to mfishr for this idea  I didnt want to give up my brand new 6000mah Turnigy 3S Packs so with a little Traxxas Battery post I was able to give myself the extra 5mm i needed for the wider packs. Battery is secure and no issues of clearance when the body is down!!     |

Very nice. I'm going to have to try this. Might be cool to incorporate a spring too. That way it could hold packs secure even if between 2 pin holes

I have the parts now, and about to go do this to mine... But what prevents the pins from sliding out when I remove the clips? I see you added a nut on one side, but what about the other side of it? Thanks, Aaron |
