What should I upgrade on the car to make it more durable.

Servo w/ Aluminum Arm, Sway Bar, Tape the tires and better wheel mounting system :)

None of the above, the sway bar is needed but I think a servo would top my list.

Definitely a servo. Sway bar would be cool. Not going to make it more durable though. And the steering needs help before a sway bar IMHO.
