|  Bent spur
Ran the yeti today... Managed to bend/warp the spur gear. Pinion set screw came lose too. No idea how this happened.

you sure its not the trans shaft that is bent?

mine did the same I thought.. it was the plastic spacer in the center of the gear. replace it with a bearing. prob all fixed.. that spacer gets hot and out of round..

the same size as the plastic bushing you took out..
