| newbie battery question
Hi all I have a quick question. I just got my yeti xl in and my 2 onyx 5000 mah 7.4v 25c lipos. They have dean connectors so I go to plug it into the yeti and plug one on and it's good but go to plug the other in it sparks. I'm sure sparks aren't normal. Maybe the deans ultra connectors that I ordered need to be installed to the batteries? |

As long as your batteries are equipped with deans female plugs your good. Thinks of it like jumper cables for a car, as long as the battery isn't totally dead, when you put the cables on the battery your going to get some spark from one of them because there is some juice in the battery. Ok cool thanks. Going to read all the instructions and stuff now on both the truck and batteries before I break something or blow myself up. |
