Default Trophy Truck

Here is the direction I'm headed with my XL. I think the tire look close enough to the Baja TA. Thoughts? Advice pros cons? Any input welcome. Thanks

Hey Barndog yep those are the stock front 5T tire HPI 4437 I used the soft foams grey HPI super stars and I'm undecided on the color beadlocks to use waiting to get my body back. It would be kewl if HPI could get the licensing to put the BFG Baja TA logos on instead of the HPI stuff maybe Axial could get it done?...

Just a little update, I like it! LMK; now to figure out a better shock set up, LST style or wait for the dual rate kit springs to hit the street.

Love the spare tire look. Do you know what axial screw numbers are used to mount the tire carrier?

How did you mount the HPI rims onto the yeti? I don't have mine yet to see what it takes.

Here is what I used drilled the center to 8mm
HPI 102530 ALUMINUM WHEEL HEX HUB SET 24mm (GRAY/4pcs)

There is also these not sure of the quality or fitment and they would probably add too much stress to the already small axle carrier bearings.
