Default rear diff gears

after abut 50+ packs my buggy destroyed the rear diff gears.... it had a shim installed and it lunched the diff gears
when i replaced the gears i added 2 shims just to be sure, smashed the gears on the first pack tho
did i do something wrong? is my housing most likely shagged? anyone running Vanquish alloy rear diff housing?
so it was pinion, 2 shims, first bearing, plastic spacer, second bearing, then circlip

when i was putting it back together, i remembered that people ditched the plastic spacer and just fitted another bearing
i was fitting fast eddy bearings when i was doing it, and another pinion bearing wasn't going to be thick enough on its own
might have to research and find the exact size bearing i need to replace the spacer

Use the Dhawk aluminum spacer on eBay. Works great!

I see the Dhawk spacer comes with shims, does it need them?

They are there just in case you need them. As mentioned on this forum folks are having to shim differently because of inconsistent Axial plastics. Mine is using the two factory shims, Fast Eddy bearing, the dhawk spacer, fast eddy Bearing, then C clip.
