Default Question: HR heavy duty diff posi lock spool YEX2508

Took out my rear diff which has 1M Diff fluid.
Took out the spider gears , washers and pins that hold them in place and replaced it with the HR YEX2508 diff lock spool kit.
The diff outdrive cups are locked together but the diff case spins independently of the diff outdrive cups.
Anyone have any idea to on how to get the diff case and outdrive cups to lock together ?
There is a M4 set screw on the outside of the diff case I feel like it I tighten it down to lock the diff it would eventually allow the spool to spin and/or crack the diff case.
Anyone instal this part with success?

Put one of AX 30171 in the middle hole of the spool.

@tonyfalkon
Thanks for the suggestion.
One of the slots in the spook weren't wide enough to for one of the outdrive pins so I had to dremel it so the pin would fit.
If anyone else is installing this spool check for fitment before putting your reared back together .
She's working now, super fun in the dirt, loose media.
