The BEC goes from the battery to the receiver. You gotta pull the power wire from the esc that goes to the receiver while leaving the signal wire and ground

Yes that is what I did. But I want to connect the castle quick link....so esc to quick connect, according to the diagram. So do I need to connect the power wire from the esc back , then connect esc to the castle link, then pull power wire from castle link before I plug into rx ![]() Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro | |

Thanks for helping out Lavaheadache, I was really lost in helping him out since it has been so long since I wired mine.

so I have a 1/8th scale YXL and I see you guys talking about running a Tekin RX8 and or a viper. I will be running 6s on the xl but cant find a straight answer to what im looking for. 1. what ECU and moter combination is better to run for 6s and will have more fun with? 2. What one gives you the most power. 3. Is the viper only for 1/10th scale and 1/12th? We are kinda making our cars be reliable and durable to whatever life has to throw at it. Muchly appreciate your help! Last edited by pdxrealtor; 07-24-2017 at 04:00 PM. |

NTM Prop Drive 28-26 1350KV / 302W can this be used with the XL? I read it will help the car go faster if you get boad and what something new? How will this change the car? |
