Default My 1rst Yeti XL Build

I've been buying parts for a few months now and getting some good advice from several of you all. Once I get my DHawk V2 Diff and my modded Pinion I will be ready to start! I think I bought almost every Hot Racing product they have. I know there is better stuff out there, but I just really like HR stuff. On the way is also a Mamba Monster X ESC and a new sensored CC 2200kV motor. Also got me Xtreme Racing carbon fiber body panels. Here are my pieces!

Congratulations on your purchases! You will love putting this thing together. I had a blast putting this thing together and I enjoy it very much. Looking at all those parts from HR reminds me of when I was stockpiling before my build. YouTube has some great builds if you get stuck at any part on the way and is a great resource. There were a few times when I was unsure of how the HR stuff went together but I went on YouTube and found out very quickly.

Nice set of parts. Have fun building it. Took me 2-3 days to build it after work. Not counting the electronics. Post some pics when you're done!

It looks like a amazing build ! I personally like the appearance of Hr much better than other companies.
I think the pinion is arriving Monday Thank you for the HR bulkhead !! It's one of the last peice that I needed for the XL-T quite appropriate Kuz you lay down 150 mph like it's nothing on YouTube
Your a helluva guy ! Thanks again!

woo that's a lot of parts, looks like it'll be one hell of a build. I'd like to know how much it ends up weighing in the end.

Got my HD Pinion from Axial today for free since my kit came with the non HD Pinion. Problem is they only sent one! Hopefully they will send another shortly. Also received my Dhawk V2 diff case from China!

I've been waiting for everything. Today I just got the Monster Mamba X ESC and the new sensored 2200 kv motor! I should have the new Hot Racing Transmission housing by the end of the day and then should have everything!

You done yet? That is a lot of BA parts you got there. If it breaks its your fault cause i don't think anything else can be upgraded.

Lol! Agreed. I just love the build so I'm gonna cherish it! I was thinking of adding up the price of all my parts but then decided against it for fear of divorce....

Ok guys, for some reason I ended up with two EZ Steel Rear Drive shaft parts from Hot Racing.
http://www.hot-racing.com/index.cgi?...SYEX37EZ;c=939

I probably ordered two by accident t. I'm not going through the hassle of returning one of them. First one that responds to this post telling me you want it, it's yours for free! I'm sure I will need help from people on this thread during my build so this is my thanks in small part. So whatever post comes next saying they want it, it's yours! Thanks!

I want that drive shaft! =)

When do you plan to do the build along? All of us here want to see. It wouldn't be exciting to post a big pile parts, and your next one be of it complete. lol
