New parts and question...
 

Hey guys got some new parts in the mail today [emoji1417]. Two questions...

1) what is that little black thing that came with wheels and do I need it? There was one in each bag.
2) are there instructions somewhere on how to install the HR hubs? I got this thing used and have not had it apart yet.

No you don't need it. But looks like it goes in the center, maybe for smaller hubs?

But there was only one per package of two wheels? Oh well don't need it anyways so no worries then "thumbsup"
