Just curious if a Yeti XL can hang with supers? Can it crawl up stairs? |

Nope. It can cruise around a track or take jumps better than any super but is pretty much antithetical to crawling like a super class could, unless you were competing with a Traxxas Summit.

Absolutely not. Your comparing a comp crawler to a go fast basher.

I'm somewhat getting the itch for an XL again, but willing to put more effort into it. I had a kit version and sold it since I got annoyed with the torque twist and sloppy steering. If another one comes my goal will be a basher/crawler. Sway bar for bashing/high speed, stiffen up steering slop, lock diffs for crawling, maybe 2 speed trans. The other option was a RR10 Bomber, but I have a sense that I will bash more than I would "crawl" and that the solid front axle setup will suck for me in my back yard grass. |
