Default Yeti XL trophy truck

Well I think the search is over. Losi has beat Axial to the punch. The Super Baja Rey is almost the same size a the yeti XL. I figure will wait to see if axial pulls there head out. If not I will buy the Baja Rey cage, body panels and tire wheel combo. Having the ability to switch between U4 and trophy truck makes it the best of both worlds. I like the 1/6 to 1/7 scale. One working on them is a little easy due the size and two they seem to be able to handle most day to day conditions. Now someone need to make a 1/6-7 scale rally car or rally raid rig. I love the scale that Tamiya makes but I prefer adult size rigs wish there where more options.

Traxxas did as well ... Too bad Axial doesn’t have the power of Traxxas or they could put them (losi SBR & Traxxas Baja) under for copying the Yeti XL platform like they did to Hobbico..I do understand that Hobbico had other issues and honestly I’m surprised Proline (Badlands) didn’t have a issue Arrma as well..

it's all about patents. If something isn't patented there is no crime in copying.

No pics of the Traxxas yet but I don't think the SBR is close enough to the YXL to justify any patent claims, considering Traxxas's claim was with the rocker suspension being directly copied on the Nero. I myself just want to see if the SBR/Traxxas UDR will be able to take whoops better than the YXL.

X2 on seeing more longer vids of it in action to see what the suspension is doing. Being it is a IFS and SA Rear it will donkey kick no matter what buuuut that can be tuned to a controllable minimum.

Things that I see will make the SBT/ TUDR better in the whoops
1" longer WB
CD
.50" Ground Clearance
7lb weight difference
And two companies who do a ton of R&D before release
