Default Yeti spur gear

32 pitch, 64 tooth (stock right?) stripped mine out. Not a fan of steel, and stock replacements are out of stock everywhere I've looked? Is there another brand that will work?

Pretty sure it was the motor mount shifting or bending on a hard landing.

Part 2 to my question is that I'm going to be switching from 2s to 3s so I'd like to gear down a bit to keep temps happy and amp spikes lower. Any Gearing suggestions from people running 3s? Figured now would be a good time since I need a new spur and can't get ahold of the stocker

Thanks!

I know that the stock gearing was made to run on 3s.

Yeah, but I've thermaled twice now on 2s so just trying to play it safe. Either way should be fine

I was able to fit a team associated 62 tooth on mine with team ae slipper pad and it seems to be running good temp. Warm to touch after running for 30-45 mins on 3s

zero mods to make it fit? also what's the ambient temp where you run?

It's a tight fit on the shaft but it works...the slipper pad is a bit different but holds well... I'm in Seattle Tacoma area so temps have been around 70-80 lately and havnt had any issues yet

What do you guys think is the biggest spur that will fit? Wouldn't it crawl better with a larger spur? I already dropped down to 12t pinion. I know I should just buy a new esc and motor. Thanks.
