| Yeti project / tube frame design suggestions
I'm planning to buy the Yeti and I'm already thinking about a tube frame. I've already asked a vendor here to build it. As I've never seen one, I was wondering if it could work. The main idea here is to keep the stock chassis while making it look as scale as possible. I don't know how low the frame could start (the sides of the chassis are beveled). Also what about the general design of those frames, how could I make them look better? Do the rear wheels stick too much out of the frame? For now my preference goes for the top one |

Neither. The chassis of both designs look little "off" to me. Look into chassis by Bomber Fabrication and perhaps incorporate some of the design into your yeti project? Just throwing suggestion to your way.

The first version is a bit inspired by the Bomberfab buggy but it needs some rework, thanks for the input. |

I'm sure u have built a few tubbers before. I'm on my 9th one all I can say is less is more if designed right. Weight adds up fast. I'm sure it will end up awesome what ever it is though.

An ifs bomber would be interesting but it's solid axle. I would go with a ifs rig like cambel racing, Nick Nelson Motorsports buggy or Tom Wayes buggy my favorite.
