| I drove a Yeti today.
A friend of mine is "in the industry" and brought his brand new Yeti out to a local scale wheeling spot. We didnt take it on the trail with us, but did drive it around a dirt area and up and down a tall loose rocky hill... I didn't want the Yeti to be good, cos I just bought and am putting together a Wraith... It's good. I dont like IFS, I dont like pan chassis, and I never have liked RTRs...but man, this thing was fast, smooth, and handled very well. |

There's a lot I like about that car. It looks like it'll actually be ready to race right out of the box. It's fast! My only fake gripe is I wish it was sensored so the two speed tranny could be utilized for crawling. No big deal though, I think they nailed it for the price point. Don't be bummed about getting your wraith though, you'll get to race against me! The 2.2 limited comp class is a great class. There's some good competitors. |
