It's the same as a Futaba, but I don't recall if that's 24 or 25.

Always great to read your tips and tricks and breakdowns. Best around!

Question. I'm expecting my Yeti in about two weeks and am trying to do some prep/parts ordering. The most reoccurring issue I have seen with regards to weakness is with the stock tires and hubs. Most people are stripping out the plastic hubs, as well as separating the bead of the tire from the wheel. Do you have a recommendation for new hubs/locking nuts and wheels that will hold up a little better than the stock set up? Perhaps new tires? Maybe a 1.9 tire vs the 2.2? Also what size hubs would you recommend from Vanquish? Also if there is anything I might have missed in doing a complete upgrade on the tires/hubs area? And lastly, is there anything else that is a must to upgrade, out of the box, besides what was mentioned above?

Thank you so much, I look forward to seeing your recommendations.

From one Noobie to another,,, please read the multiple threads that have lengthy details of the questions you asked in regards to hugs/wheels/tires....

You have time as your Yeti is not here yet,,, I too am in the same waiting game and have lots of time to read!

Enjoy the Yeti once it arrives....

Does the rear sway-bar slightly rub on the cage of the body out of the box, for anyone else?
I did not look to see if the width of this part is adjustable, but on mid to full shock compression it grazes the cage.
Simple fix?

Yup. I'm not too worried about it though.

Yes its simple, just pull on both sides at the same time and spread them apart till they clear the cage! There is a spring wire in there that you are bending.

By doing this, you're causing inner tension on cross wire and not getting full swing w/o binding. Not good advise IMO.

If you pull just far enough to clear the cage you will get zero binding. It's really not a big deal.

I ran it. It requires the use of MIP mods up front. I think there will be better options available soon though to lock the front without having to run modded parts.

The MIP's take some work to make fit.

Better options from BMRC, or a different vendor?

After your comment I had to make sure I wasn't losing it.
I took my sway bar lose and there is zero bind!
So it's a fact!
The easy fix is pull on both sides and bend the sway bar so they clear the chassis.
