Default What did you do to/with your Yeti today?

I really enjoy these threads and can't find one for the Yeti.

Anyways, I ditched the the stock foams in my proline 2.2 tsl xl's and sprang for a set of CI deuces wild tall foams. Huge improvement over the crap stock foams.

Stock foams on right:

Here's the help I had mounting them up:

Started on some new panels, I'm going to have to order some more of the 2.6 screws to hold the side panels on. Pretty happy with the way the front/hood came out. The roof was an easy one.

Looks good! I like the red.

I went through the rear suspension on mine and adjusted my vanquish trailing arms (they were a little tight and binding) and installed the HR bell cranks. I kept my vanquish rack and put the carbon fiber one away although it feels very good and should eliminate most slop for hose who don't have anything else. I have also given up on the front shocks holding oil so I ordered up a set of Proline Pro-spec's. I just hope they make a set for the rear too!

They didn't hold worth a damn with the factory foams, but after installing the new foams in post one they can't come off the bead. I have landed it sideways on hard concrete and it hasn't even started moving on the bead. The stock tsl foams would have rolled the whole tire off the beads.

It's actually all stock besides the hubs, RC4WD Dune T/A tires, Traxxas links and JConcepts ILLUZION - SCT - MANTA V2 Body.

The reason I asked is because my arms won't allow me to move my shock to the upper hole. I guess I could just take a Dremel to them.

it works with these proline shocks but they don't compare to the Kings.

Negative...its a proline Baja bug #3238-62. And I completely removed the cage to mount.....lost a nice chuck of weight from up top.
