Differences Between Axial Yeti RTR and Kit 2 Attachment(s) Last night I began working on my Axial Yeti Kit. Now we have all seen some of the advertised differences, however there is more! While assembling the kit I found a few other little easter eggs. Advertised upgrades: Falken S30 Tires (New compound, feels great) Method Beadlocks Universal Axle Shafts Aluminum adjustable turnbuckles Rear trailing arm reinforcement plates Hardened heavy duty gears Icon Shocks Other differences I have noticed to this point in the build: The front bulkhead on the kit version is NEW. It is noticeably different from the RTR version. It has a finned pattern on the side and the material also feels harder. RTR Version: Attachment 303261 Kit version: Attachment 303262 The steering posts inside the bell crank system is aluminum and comes with bearings! We have seen this already from Vanquish as an aftermarket option but now it comes standard with the kit. |
Re: Differences Between Axial Yeti RTR and Kit The aluminum steering posts is noted on the product page under double sheer steering. |
Re: Differences Between Axial Yeti RTR and Kit FYI Josh Im pulling my RTR front diff right now and it is finned....... |
