Locking front Differential How bad does it effect the steering? Is it best to do it? Any help would be greatly appreciated"thumbsup" |
Re: Locking front Differential Steering still works fine just not quite as tight of a turning radius..unless you gas it !! |
Re: Locking front Differential Ok so isnt best to use silly putty or get the front locker from rpp? Or is there any one better than the other? |
Re: Locking front Differential I used silly putty . It works well but it is almost completely locked so I would recommend using a locker . The axial front locker for the Yeti works with the factory geometryhttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...644feef590.jpg http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...d72125c5ef.jpg |
Re: Locking front Differential Oh ok awesome thanks. So that's the one rpp sells for $29.00? Correct |
Re: Locking front Differential i used a stock SCX10 locker in mine. most everyone has them laying around. worked great. |
Re: Locking front Differential I'll give the scx10 one a try |
Re: Locking front Differential I 'm using the Axial Yeti one with overdrive gears and have not seen much difference in turning radius. I can definitely crawl better. |
Re: Locking front Differential Do we have to fill the differential with oil once we instal the locker? |
