Wahoo! Carter Fab has their wide cans i for 2.2 Vanquish wheels. Ordered up a set of the 1.25 wide cans. What can I say, I like larger cans. I am also using Swamper XLs and so therefore need all the help I can get. |

Not all... I have a few buddies that prefer small cans, but I'm for large to a point! |
Re: Wahoo! LMAO, I too like large cans but to a point as I use CFM 1" cans. |
Re: Wahoo! Im slightly aroused by this thread. lol I'm patiently waiting for the VQ Method wheels to come back in stock to get some big cans. |
Re: Wahoo! I can tell you that my methods do not like holding the bead of the Swamper LXs with the DW closed cell 2.2 tall foams. I have tried everything and yes, I washed them vigorously. Scrub scrub, lather lather, wash wash. Rinse. Repeat. After washing them, I treated them very carefully to not disturb their texture or get any oil or moisture on my shiny set of cans. Probably the only set of cans where a lack of oil is a good thing. Not only do I WANT the extra large cans, I NEED the extra large cans. Most of the time extra large cans are made for comfort not speed, but I am hopeful to achieve both with my set up. Wait... what are we talking about again? |
Re: Wahoo! i bought the 1.25 cans, they are too much for my treps, wish i would have gone 1" |
Re: Wahoo! I have BFGs mounted on Methods on the Yeti and just recently put a set of TSLs on my Wraith that also has Methods. I use CFM 1" cans and Deuces Wild foams on both and found that the TSLs were the easiest to mount up for me. The BFGs have a smaller bead that just makes things a bitch. |
Re: Wahoo! if anyone has some 1" cans and wants 1.25s ill gladly trade lol |
