|  What's everyone running in the front for axles
Is there a better set up? I have broke 3 universals at the dog bone end. It's getting old.

I got one of the first rtrs I put uni's on it limit straps so it's not extending to far or bottoming out the dog bone and binding. It's twisting the axles.

I'm running the same. Rtr with axial unis and limit straps. Haven't had any problems. Mind you it's open front end with only 100k in it. |

I run stock dogbones. I bent the shaft between the bulkhead and t-case but no issues with the front axles.

I might go back to dog bones. Or if I can find a blue monkey mip setup. It's just pretty spendy.

Everyone seems to be wasting money "upgrading" to universals when the stock dog bones work perfectly fine. And the best thing is, if you do manage to break the bones they're a whole lot cheaper to replace.

I upgraded bc I have ran a set on my wraith on a pro4hd on 4s for a year with no issue. Idk what they used but dang when they break the metal splinters like wood. Is there a vvd in the work?

running dogbones right now, but would like to switch to Exo rear unis for better steering throw. May eventually go Dlux OFNA setup, though. So far no issues with dogbones, though.

I bent the dogbones 15min after lock the front diff. Got new dogbones and unlocked with 500k diff oil. Works great and no bents anymore. |

Yeah I ran million wt and it worked good did silly puddy worked but nothing worked like I wanted it to so I thought there might be a stronger setup for the front end. Maybe I'll do the slipper and see where that gets me.
