Default Yeti Kit rear driveshaft binding?

I am just building the Kit version and have assembled the transfer box, when connecting the rear driveshaft onto the transfer box tightening the grub screw causes the drive (cup?) to bind badly on the gearbox to the point I can hardly turn it by hand?

Anyone else have this issue? I took the gearbox apart and checked its been assembled with the gear shaft round the right way and looks fine, didn't want to have to trim the driveshaft cup if someone else had any options?
