Light Bars

I want to get a light bar for my yeti and there's a few things I need to know

1) how big and what mounting hardware
2) should I plug it into my receiver on 2s or external power source ( I don't need it to be insanely bright, just enough to have some distance and brightness in the dark)

Make sure it has some protection or the first time you roll it you won't be a happy camper. I know RPP hobby has a few listed that will fit the Yeti.
