i've just finished the Yeti RR to Trophy truck conversion to allow bodies and wheels swap for more fun !

This represent a certain amount of work and money but i'm very happy of the result , the Axial body is painted metallic black , method 105 wheels , Proline Baja mud terrain tires , AX31303 TT-380 Interior Set .
I've cutted the rear body in custom way , i wanted to keep the much lexan as i could with the spare wheel. Then i have to make a 6 inch special clip set to lock the body .
As i finished my daughter TT too , i gave her my HW combo and 1256tg servo and ordered A HW XR10 pro ESC with a 4000kv 3656 sd motor and a 1268 sg Savox servo , just waiting for the motor and shock limiters and other goodies from St Louis RC that would arrive next week .

Looks great! Love going back and forth between the RR and the TT myself...yes, costs a significant amount of money to do so, but you've now got two completely different trucks for the price of one and a half!

That yellow looks great on the RR.

I hesitate to get another body for the TT...I prefer the Retro one if only because the mounts on the side of the body are much stronger than the regular TT body. Sad but true.

Well i've changed my mind about the long clips , too tricky to install .

I've chosen another way but little tricky too ( rear clips again !!! )

The body posts are fixed on the body ( with axial clips ) and the bigger clips are inserted to lock the body/body posts on the chassis.
If you have bear hands , good luck for the rear ones .

pictures !!

New Body for my Buggy !!!!

as my daughter wanted to convert her TT to Yeti 380 , i gave her my flashy Yellow/white yeti body and decided to buy another one.

But ... the conversion price was also very high ( quite the same of the Yeti to TT conversion i've made for me )
Then i decided to buy a complete Yeti kit to grab the entire body parts and have a bunch of spare parts for the three Yeti's

In France if you want to buy a yeti kit part by part you will pay 1915€ ( $2065 )

I've bought my Yeti kit in Germany for 340 €

well too much words ... hope you'll love my color scheme ( flashy again )

the second picture give the real fluo red tone
