Time for new body panels.
 

Well after 8 months of pretty rough bashing original Yeti body is toast. I was at the hobby store and they want $45 for a body plus probably 3 cans of paint brings the total up to almost $100. Crazy! I had some old plastic shower material from a remodel that we did at the hotel. It's about an eighth of an inch thick. That looks sweet! Mine looks a little bit better after I put a couple stickers on. My son's coming over tonight so I'll let him go crazy with the rest of the propaganda stickers that we get when we order new parts through the mail.

Good job on the decals! I still need to find me some decals to put on.

Mine is actually a Score TT, but thought of having a go with the yeti body just to mix it up. When I saw the neon green clear folder material......I said "hmmm, this looks familiar!" :mrgreen: I did use a black folder material for the roof to have some contrast.

Im also hoping to make my own interior.......and yes, decals will be great as well!

Excellent idea with he notebook covers. I used some OSHA grade face shields and painted them like normal for my Bomber. But it's hard to get smooth edges on the cuts.

I'll be using these ideas on my Yeti's tired body and maybe my R1, too.

On my first attempt I made the body to fit the height of the roll cage but then realized that the sides were way to short and zero coverage behind the front tires so if you look at these panels they go a full 2" below the bottom of the cage and they are formed to curve in behind the tires. All of this in an attempt to keep the forest floor dirt out. ( and the upcoming snow )

Parma sells sheets of .040 lexan..... I'm making new panels for the Bully2

My Lowes has some lexan sheets. They're kind of thick though. I don't remember the thickness. They also have some thinner acrylic, too.

Would look a bit nicer mounted on the inside IMO
