Default Shock Upgrade

Hey all, new guy here, I just picked up the Axial Yeti SCORE TT kit, and I was wondering if I can put 16mm shocks on it? Haven't really been able to get a good answer on this question. Figured this was the right place for the answer.

Example of the shocks I'm talking about is something like the Tekno SCT 410.3 shocks

Thanks

Doubt it. At least with the stock configuration. Most if not all of the shocks Ive tried, the springs have slightly rubbed or almost rubbed the front axles.
The rear may be a different story. With some upper mounting plates, you could probably get em to fit without much hassle.

I see what you mean about the clearance, I guess I'll go with Pro Spec on the front and the Power Stroke XT on the rear

I run some old long Ofna 1/8 shocks on the rear that I had lying around. Work great. I also run Associated SC10 4x4 FT front shocks. They are 13mm and fit without rubbing.

In that case maybe I'll go Pro Spec Front and some 122mm Tekno in the Rear

Tekno shocks are sweet. I was going to put some ET48 shocks on my XL but lost interest. I run a few Tekno trucks and they are by far my favorite shocks.
