Default Mr. Ed's Yeti Restoration project

Been out of the Hobby for a couple years now, wanted something different to spark my interest again. Traded my much loved
Land Cruiser for this Yeti. I have a few local friends with slashes and stampedes and wanted something to run with them and yet still be able to crawl too. Seems like a good platform to use. So some suggestions and ideas would help out because my Nobbiery is back in full effect. Hell I had to search how to post pics again

I'm ignorant when it comes to brushless, never had or used. So help in that department would be great.

Here's what I have to work with

I run 3cell lipos, but this thing was surprising slow. It has a16 tooth pinion gear and a stock spur. Is that axial motor just slow? Should I toss a traxxas velienum ( or however you spell it) set up?

I know the crawling will be substandard until I get a sensored esc or switch to brushed

Is there a brushed motor that will push this hog?

Here's the parts I noticed

Castle sc esc
3150 axial vanguard brushless motor
Castle bec
Hitec 7954 Servo
Dx3e radio gear

2.2 no name aluminum rims
2.2 swampers

Currie rear axle
Mip axle shafts
Aluminum shocks
Aluminum steering set up
Aluminum lower links

Think that's about it

Plans...make it fast, yet still crawler friendly-ish

Switch back to brushed or upgrade to better esc

Bug body, possible a fj-40 body, haven't decided

Yes the easy answer is mamba max and red motor everyone raves about, but that's big bucks so I doubt that will happen

I'm running a Holmes Hobbies Puller Pro XL 3500kv with a Trailmaster BLE ESC and love em. I'm running 20/64 on 3s (I'm still new to RC and not sure if I should be running that gearing on 3s) but it hasn't exploded yet. Fast as all hell though! smokes my co-worker who's running stock RTR on 2s.
