| Yeti Kit
Hi all, I just want to gauge interest in a completely stripped down Yeti 1/10 kit. I've just finished pulling every bolt, cleaning all plastic and metal - and getting ready for a rebuild. Decided that instead of rebuilding the Yeti, I may instead go for a Bomber. The only broken parts on this kit is one steering knuckle and one wheel. The kit would come with all original parts - would take photo's if there's any interest. I'd keep all electronics. Would this be better sold built or in parts? Thanks! |

Are the broken parts stock or aftermarket? If they are stock, I'd replace the broken parts, even if it meant you had to buy a pair - easier to sell an unbroken kit - and sell complete either way (built or in pieces). Selling it with broken parts would be harder, in my opinion. Building it might be better for selling it as the buyer would be more confident that it was truly complete, can be hard to tell when buying a box of parts. |

Broken parts are stock - i could buy'em and build it up again without electronics. I thought I'd give someone an opportunity to put their hand up for the box of parts first. I notice classifieds are closed to me until I hit 30 posts anyway - so feel free to ask any more questions :P |
