Are the HPI spider gears stronger than the Axial ones. Turns out the spider gears in the front differential are my weak link now.

Idk if the axial gears are any stronger than the HPI, but smaller spider gears will always be weaker compared to a spool in the same diff.

If I wanted to lock the front there wouldn't be a problem. There will be no locked front differential in my Yeti. The Wraith I built and the Bomber I have now both have Lockedup RC spools front and rear but the Yeti is more of a go fast/basher type vehicle.

If you try them, I'd like to know how it works. My 2nd set are clicking pretty loud and need a replacement soon.

I gave up on HPI gears, I destroyed 2 sets very quickly, gone back to stock gears now
