New Christmas Yeti stopped working...help?!?!

Open up the cover for pinion and spur gear. Sounds like they are not meshed properly. Easy fix. Awesome gift by the way!!

Good rule of thumb, OP is to slide a strip of notebook paper between the pinion and spur when setting the mesh. You want them to make solid contact but not be overly tight.

As mentioned above, removing the gear cover should reveal the issue.

It’ll most likely either be the gear mesh, or a loose pinion gear.

If it ends up being a loose pinion gear (the small metal gear on the motor shaft), you’ll just want to add a small drop of blue loctite to the grub screw that holds it in place.
