Tires and Wheels which ones should i run
 

I have a new yeti and wanna put good tires and wheels, what is everyone running? The stock ones balloon really bad.

First get some crawler innovations duece wild standard foams Deuce's Wild Single Stage 2.2 Standard Foam Pair (2) - Crawler Innovations
that will improve handling massively. the wildpeak tires are not so bad for stock tires. Run them on my Yeti No. 2


On my little monster i run SSD Rockracer wheels with voodoo klr and Crawler Innovations Dual Stage Foams.

Depends on how and where you want to drive...

I use mine mainly for drifting and climbing for which the stock setup of my RTR suits me perfectly.

I have SSD wheels, CI double stage foams (medium back, soft front) and Proline Hyrax tires. Great for trailing and crawling, but too much grip for drifting.

As Magic said, if your only real complaint is the ballooning, better foams will make all the difference. The stock tire foams are trash and should be replaced immediately anyway.

If you do decide that you want better tires, that's still a good option, as long as you budget for new foams too. I went with Pitbull Rock Beast XOR tires with Crawler Innovations Deuces Wild foams & tuning rings and I'm extremely happy with how the truck works. The tires stick like crazy on anything I put them on, but with their wide widths and stiff foams, the truck still handles great. They also look cool as hell. :D

Just put a set of wheels from Locked Up RC on mine. Great wheels.
