even better would be one that has a neutral position for a PTO output to drive a mechanical winch. How bad ass would that be??

So..........
just what do you want?
do you want servor control on the shift or walk up maunal?
how mave radio channels do most of you have?
I was thinking a servo controled disk brake PTO combo off the rear of a t-case.
Talk to me ?

I think a PTO would be really cool. I would like to see these things done as add ons so that you could choose to have front axle disconnect or a PTO of both.
I wouldn't worry about channel to much you can get pretty cheap heli style radios now so extra channels shouldn't be a problem.

I'm guessing, just from a manufacturing stand point, that it would be very hard to make a side mounted PTO provision, like on the 1:1 NP205 T-cases. You would almost need a DIG type disengagment system to isolate any drive power from getting to the axles, but still be able to turn a PTO shaft that would power the winch.

Maybe a constantly engaged drive mechanism from a PTO output that could be engaged at the winch? That way, either a servo or a manual level could be used to engage the winch. Man, this could get interesting....

hell, i would be really happy with 2wd,4wd,disengage(dig), high and low. that would be it man. with that set up, we could have wheel speed and low gearing for torque. if it's possible

mfg update, soon to be tested and ready for production
The transfer case is for custom builds, its not a drop in fit in any existing model
1:1 ratio and only uses 2 gears so depending on which shaft is used as input it can be used to either have both shafts spinning in same direction or flip the rear axle and run in opposite directions eliminating torque twist.

How bout the double low box like in my Toyota. A guy needs at least 3 shift levers coming out of the floor.

Won't that just make it flex hard one way and not flex well the other?

Unless you are using TLT's that is a pretty poor design. With Axials if you flip them you don't have a good way to do an upper link mount. Unless you have another idea.....

Fipping the axle is not a requirement, It's an Option. We are attempting to add more functional ability to our product. It may take a little thought to make it work for your aplication, but the function is there.

Maybe cut the servo mounts off the casing and flip the axle and use a couple of spacers to mount the centre link bracket ,you can run a flipped Axial rear axle.

I'm Thinking TLT axles, High Lift axles can be flipped, I think original Bruiser axles can be flipped, the RC4WD Ultimate axle can be flipped.

Remember, you dont have to run a flipped axle with this Tcase.
