Sorry for the late response but have been busy at the machine shop turning axles. I am still a few weeks out with having kits complete.

For those of you that are running the brass spacers with my current axles I have a new design for the spacer where the 6X10X3MM bearing fits inside of it now. This makes for less drag from the C-Clips and a smoother running axle. If you would like to replace your current spacers the price is $18 shipped for the 2 spaces. Send PayPal to rcaxlemaster@embarqmail.com

Thank You,
Steve

The brass spacer is used to replace the 10 X 15 X 4 knuckle bearing. The new brass spacers now have a C-bore in them for a 6 X 10 X 3 bearing that the C-Clip will ride against making for a much smoother rear axle.

Hoping to have the machining completed this weekend. Then the axles need to be heat treated which could take a couple of weeks with the shipping.

I got my new spacer upgrade installed last night and it did make a big difference in how smooth the rear axle turned.

Thanks for the great product and customer service.

When I did the testing with the new spacers on my rig I knew that I was on to something.

I have had these straight axles in my comp berg just over a year now. Using CKRC lockouts the whole time. No issues what so ever. Still no sign of play in the rear locker/axle. Great reliable product.
