Default Berg Gear Milling

If your looking to lighten up you drivetrain then this is the ticket!

Cost is $6.25 per gear which comes out to be only $25.00 for the whole rig!
We take each gear and remove 5 grams of weight by milling both sides. Saving you a total of 20 grams per rig.

Turn around time is usually always less then 2 weeks, but we try to have a 1 week turnaround.

Glad you like them. Enjoy!

On a side note, would anyone be interested in an exchange service? You send us your gears and we send you out a set of machined gears. This means everyone will be getting used sets, but we'll ensure they are of good condition

You still thinking about offering new gears?

I'm doing a whole rebuild on my berg and want to freshen it up. Need to grab lockers from you too.

We are still machining used gears with a turnaround usually about 1 week.

I've been looking at getting new gears but they are no longer made, I should have ordered a bunch when Amain was doing a close out, but I didn't make it in time.

Just wanted to make it clear to our customers, that we ARE NOT doing an exchange service. The gears sent to us, will be the gears you receive back.

I can't, not even on the Horizon customer site....$32.99 is the retail they show for gears....Dealers don't get them much cheaper than that.

Sorry to clog yer thread:P
