Your knuckles are thicker than ANY other knuckle measured, by a lot! Your knuckles are measuring .008 thicker on just the ear. That is some wide tolerances if thats the way it came from the manufacturer. The other set that is having an issue measure correctly but it sounds like there is something blocking the bushing from going all the way in.

I edited the first post to reflect that I cannot guarantee other mfg's tolerances and that the knuckles need to be in great shape. I can only guarantee my part tolerances.

If anybody is having issues please let me know.

thanks for all of the help. I can send you a good macro shot of my knuckles just to confirm if you want.

Edit: I see that you changed your product description to reflect new findings. It sucks that these wont work with MY vp Axial High Steers.

I have been away from the forum for too long. I would have ordered these as soon as they were available. The slop in the knuckles was the main thing that I was not satisfied with on my berg since I built it.

Thanks again for another great product Eric!

Thanks for the order

If anybody is having issues with these PLEASE let me know. I have sold a TON now but have only had 3 people come to me saying they have a problem. As always, I will take care of any issues with any product I sell. I want to make sure everybody is good with their purchase and it will also help me sell a product that will hopefully work for everybody in the future.

I purchased the knuckle bushings and had fitment problems. No movement by the bushing in the knuckle and not able to tighten the stock screws. I'am also running the VP axial high steer knuckles.

I am not sure. I would be guessing.

It does fit a Axial brand high clearance knuckle built for the AX10.

I just got more bushings in of each type. The Axial style has been modified and should now fit 99.9% of Vanquish knuckles.

Got mine installed and they fit the new VP 8 degree chubs and knuckles like a glove. Another great offering from DLUX.

Anybody try these on the VP XR-10 knuckles and chubs yet?

Good to know and good question! I didnt even think about those.

I will get an XR if nobody else has tried. Do they have a bunch of slop too?

I just tried the XR stuff.

Axial does not fit. Berg version does fit but they are a bit short.
