Default Rowdy Racings motor mounted battery/electronics mount!!!

Right now these are for XR-10's, I plan on doing a berg version once I get the XR-10's squared away.
Both versions will be $15.00 shipped US, please PM for international shipping. These are cnc laser cut and bent from .063 aluminum, the mounting surface on the unslotted version is 1" x 1-13/16" and weighs .2oz, the slotted version is 1.2" between the slots and 1.446" total width.
My pay pal is rowdy14@comcast.net please specify which version you are ordering unslotted, or with slots.
Thanks,
Chris

I just gave one to my buddy Kbrog a little while ago. I will get some pics up of his rig with a mount on it later once he gets it on.
I plan on keeping my battery on my front axle, and moving some of my electronics on to one of these mounts.

I have decided to make a change to these mounts. I will be putting slots in them for a battery strap to be woven through. I am not sure what I was thinking it should have been that way from the start, I apologize. I have sent PM's to those of you that have already ordered stating I can send you mounts as pictured above or if you choose to wait I will send you the new versions. I will get the new ones made ASAP, and hope to start shipping them by the middle of this coming week.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Chris

Slotted versions were cut yesterday, I should get them bent today, or tomorrow.
Thanks,

Lookin good Chris..
Guys, I think this is one of the sweetest ways you can mount a battery on a XR10. I like the on axle mounts that Chris makes, but I love this mount. Simple, LIGHT, and keeps the battery out of harms way.
These are also great for mounting electronics etc..

I would really love to see someone use one of these in combo with an on axle battery mount, to have the elec package and what not on the front axle.
You scaler guys that need some where to mount electronics, these can be used with the AX10/SCX10 trannys too.
Anywhere you have a motor and need a flat surface to mount something on.

My plan is to use one of these on my sportsman rig to mount a FXR on one side and the receiver and BEC on the other...

I always love to see customer photos...So here are a few of mine using this sweet mount.

I picked up a couple of them...One for my XR10 and the other for my super bully.

I think the idea of this mount is amazing...I was skeptical about adding an
aluminum mount to it but this thing weight pretty much nothing. I was more
than impressed with the size, weight and quality

It came in around 7 grams if I remember correctly...Thanks Rowdy

First on my 2.2 XR10

The mount bolted up nicely and fit perfect as long as the skid is installed with the shorter end forward.

I wanted to run my Thunder Power 850 lipos up there and it was slightly long during full droop so I cut the skid about 1/2" off to gain maximum clearance. (shown in second pic)

Now I have full droop and compression with no binding from the mount or battery.

Next on my SUPER bully....There was tons of room and no need for modifying ...but it almost appears to be made for this application...
