Our XR10 weight systems have received several upgrades since this thread was started. We thought it would be nice to leave the pictures up so those who are interested can see how this product was developed. Please note this is an old thread and for up-to-date product information and pictures please read the description on our website (links below).

Been waiting for something like this. Awesome! Just need to sell a couple things then I'll be putting in my order. Glad I never switched over to VP knuckles. Will that o.d. work with VP slw? Seems like it will be tight.

will the rear weights work with both the stock lockouts and the vanquish lockouts? i currently have the stock lockouts but i plan to upgrade to the vanquish ones eventually.

its tight. .040" on the diameter so about .020" clearance. since the weights are angled with the knuckle there is a limit to the amount of weight you can put outside the mount as well because the weight gets closer to the wheel as you add.

we're developing more advanced weight systems but they will not be priced as low as these.

although i have nothing against them i have never actually used the vanquish lockouts. i suppose i'll have to buy a set and let you know.

I will be getting me a set of these once I get the money.

Anyone picked up a set that can do a review? I have narrowed stock xr10 wheels and I'm hoping I can use them together.

to be honest i just started selling the first sets a few weeks ago so i doubt there will be any soon.

i have a LOT of prototypes and blems i can send you one to see if it will work with your setup.

I'd love to get a set to mock up and post pics of how it works with my narrowed stock wheels. Let me know what I could do for you.

I also have a set of VP slws I just got I haven't even mounted up get that I could size up.

just got them in today!

1mm to big to fit the inner rings on my vp slw's.
ill have to grind the nubs down on my rings to get them to slide in place
when mounting.


no big deal just a heads up for cutthroat4x4.

don't grind them!!! we can make you a smaller OD weight or you can try our weights for stock axial wheels.

either way thanks for the feedback and we'll make it right. my SLWs fit but i made my beadlock rings which apparently have a larger ID than yours... oops.

the problem with making the OD smaller is obviously less weight which is why its important to stay "on the edge" however the weights NEED to fit SLWs so they will need to be smaller or i'll have to include a set of custom inner beadlocks with every purchase which would be cost prohibitive.
