Build a MOA Roller, Axles or just parts!

This will be a work in progress and is not offered quite yet. The plan is to offer anything from axle parts to complete rollers. I want to get the word out now, as its coming up quickly.

I am always asked the question of "how much does it really cost to build a crawler?". Well, here you go. If you go to my website, I should have most options up right now to build a good crawler. I left out all parts that I consider weak or not up to par. No junk will be sold. Everything I am offering at this time is considered on the higher end, lightweight as possible and no compromises STRONG.

The budget end is covered by the MT gearboxes, middle is the Berg gear boxes and then the upper end is the new DLUX CF gear boxes.

Assembly will be available. Again, anything from building just an axle to installing a chassis on axles with wheels. We may even be able to be talked into a full RTR car! Plug in your battery and go! So, go check out the website, dluxfab.com/products play around with prices and see what you can get for your dollar.

Right now I have the axles priced to what I think will be $1000 over the actual price. This is to keep people from buying until these are ready to go. Just add to the cart what you think you want and subtract $1000 to figure out your price in the future.

The chassis and links are also on the site but the prices are not figured out yet.

Wheels of course are set on price and ready to ship. No change there.

Post up in this thread if you have any questions and keep checking back to the first couple of posts for updates.

Very cool Erik! You say you're not going to offer weak parts, does that mean you will or won't be offering mt small gears and plastic gears?

Good question and thanks for asking!

Yeah, the MT small 3rd could be weak along with the rear plastic. Since the MT stuff is so new, I dont feel like we know enough about the plastic or the small 3rd being weak in the rear. Worst case, you can upgrade to metal gears in the back for $5 and then get some SDS small 3rds for about $80. Thats in both axles too.

Also, on the site I also offer stock Berg 3rd gears. They are known to break but I also know a lot of people that get away with running stock.

Either way, there are options. If you want the best of the best you can have it and youre not stuck without parts or a way to get better parts. if youre worried about it, just buy the good stuff from the get go.

Yeah, no XR stuff... I would be happy to build one for somebody if they wanted, I am guessing they would be expensive and hard to find parts for though? I would need to research.

I got some XR axle cases if you need them.;-)
Cool idea Erik."thumbsup" I like to drive more than build. Less time on the bench means more time on the rock.

I had you in mind when I was doing all the options Randy. Now you can go on the site all day and see what this or that would cost.

I forgot to add..... if you already have parts such as Berg cases and gears, you can send those to me and I will knock the price off the top.

Alright, these are now up for pre order.

As of now, I am planning on getting started in 2-3 weeks and they should start rolling off a week after I start. By doing this pre order, it will ensure that I have most of the parts that I need to get these out the door. Right now, I am waiting on the machinist but I dont think it will be a problem to get parts in the 2-3 weeks.

Please have the understanding that I am 1 guy trying to get these done. I dont mess around and I will work to the point of death to get these out in a timely manner but, some things are beyond my control.

After the initial rush, I plan on having these stocked and shipping as soon as the same day. Until that point, there may be a wait and it will be first come first serve.

Let me know if there are any issues with the ordering, there are a lot of details and I think I got most of them.
