Wanted to report that I emailed about these Thursday of last week regarding availability. Was told it would be early this week before any could ship. Paid up, and before I could get into the office Monday I had an email notification that they were on the way USPS. If the quality is as good as the customer service, I am in great shape. I will report back with more.

Thanks Rick,
I hope you are happy with them. I do suggest a sand and buff job to round the edges. It adds to the overall look but not necessary. I will say that each of the 12 bearings is hand fit and a set of gears is placed in each case and the fit is assured before I send them out. I may forget something along the way but with some notes as to what hardware sizes I need I try to make them complete.

Barry

I got my cases today. Excellent quality. The only challenge was getting my dlux old school tubes to fit around the bearings and such. In the end however with some dremel time it worked just fine. I got some work to do but it is close to a daily driver!

Rick,

Here is my favorite link setup so far. My spacers are 0.160" thick. Vary to suit your needs.... Lol

Hey Barry, can we get a listing of the bearings you used so that we can have some spares on hand?

Thanks!

I have had to bounce around vendors to keep stuff in stock. I know you can get both from Avid but they only have one in rubber sealed. Size wise I use 8 5x10x4 flanged and 4 10x15x4 flanged per set.
