First cut 12mm off your burly tube.

Then cut your axle halves flush with the link mounts. At this point your burly tube fits right in.

You will still need to drill and tap the burly tube, but now you have a killer burly tube upgrade.
What is done to the end of the housing to keep them together?

Once this process is done you drill and tap the tube itself on the ends and near the pumpkin

That's easy on the front side, what about the side with link/shock mount, screw off center, grind the rib between lower link mounts or? Got a pic?

I do a screw off center, grinding the rib and drilling center is another option. I'll grab a picture soon!

I've gone just above that rib, a button head clears the shock/link rod ends for me

Received my 7075 tubes today to replace the delrin ones currently installed on the Suckerpunch. If you want tubes, these are the ones you want. Did a quick fit test and everything is perfect. Nice snug fit even without any screws.

Thanks Will for going above and beyond with these.

Will man you nailed it with these. Way better then the delrin ones I had in before. The chubs needed some convincing, but they are on. Thanks again.

Found this in the first post.

*This will make your overall width equal to an XR10 which is 10.20″

This doesn't answer my question. How wide is a Wraith axle?
