Having a few issues with getting these to work in the back of my SCX10.....
I have standard Axial housings with FI Spools and XR10 Universals. I have the splined vanquish Wraith straight axle adaptors but I have about 4mm of play on 1 side and no engagement on the other side at all with the spool....
What have I done wrong?

XR10 straight adapters are shorter than the wraith adapters. Also xr10 straight axles are different lengths to begin with.

I went ahead and modded mine for a bearing. It's IMO not enough loss in material to significantly reduce the strength of these tubes. It's very little difference in size from the bearing to the tube.

Looks like I need to get XR10 rather than wraith adapters, and I need 2 sets of XR10 Straight Rear axles?

Any idea where I can buy a second set of XR10 axles (Ax3075 Everywhere I shop is showing out of stock?

For those worried about getting water and mud into there front axles.

I just tore apart my sporty after a very long time. I live in oregon and this rig has seen too much water. Our last comp after taking a swim the rx was having issues. The mip's were bounded up with rust and the xr10 shafts were pissed.

A tear down started tonight.

The front housing has no signs of water and rust. The rear is a different story.

The rear is VP lockouts with bearings and ti shafts.

Needless to say, the next batch will have provisions for a bearing, but I wanted to show some real world results.

Really struggling to get these back in stock due to supplier issues. After waiting 2 weeks, we bit the bullet and made a double order with another supplier They are getting cut now, then to the anodizer for the collars. I appreciate everyone's patient while we wait. Its driving me nuts too!

Any thoughts about doing these in a AR60 version? It would greatly simplify making a custom width axle.

Just received a new batch of 7075 and Brass burly tubes. However the indexing is off so we are cutting a new batch. I can't say enough how sorry I am for having you guys wait. I just won't ship products that are not the way they are intended for.

For those wanting them for Mockup purposes, please pm me!

Hi, I'm looking to get a a couple sets of these to do the XR10 mod on my SCX10 axles. Do the ones you offer now have a provision for a outer bearing? Or is it just not needed? Thanks

Our new versions are machined for a bearing pocket for those wanting to use one.
